Birthday fiesta with friends

I turned 32 on Saturday. How many of you have only invited colleagues to your birthday party? I did. Invited eight of them, and they all came without a doubt. They are true friends, a second family. I can´t see myself working in a place where I don´t feel like home. So, for me this was a natural choice and I couldn´t be happier about the outcome.

The theme was casually Cava & Tapas. As much as I love cooking, this time we decided that everyone brings something. I promised to have enough Cava for everyone. My table was finally filled with mouth-watering mostly Spanish delicacies: cold cuts, many kinds of cheeses, patatas bravas, Spanish tortilla, bread with hummus, lemon pie, strawberries just to name a few. Is it possible to live only with Manchego by the way? If I only had to choose one thing to eat for the rest of my life, it would be Manchego.


Back to my lovely colleagues and team members. One of our company values and brand elements is fun. And other is family - our own little community filled with professionals with passion. Employees sharing the same purpose for work make great teams. When combining to friendship - passion for same kind of lifestyle and the way how to communicate with people - casual, unhierarchial, but always with passion and interest, makes working together perfect. Win-win to everyone.





I don´t believe in separating work life from one´s personal life. To build trust, honour and connection, you need to give something. Be real. Be you. Don´t try to be a leader, be honest to your self and you´ll get respect. You don´t need to be feared to get responsible team members. You can be liked. Even loved. And when the feeling is mutual - and your work is meaningful to you - you´ll succeed. And then you have more reasons to party and enjoy your lives with friends and families.
